Meet the team: Michael Hall

“Working on other people’s products pushed me toward creating software that I could shape from the ground up.”

Back in 2011, Michael Hall was an IT manager for a national company, but configuring and supporting other people's products didn’t satisfy his creative nature. Michael saw an opportunity to help businesses with outdated and paper-based systems, by creating custom software tailored to their unique needs. So, in 2012, Sprint was born.

From the start, Sprint has been focused on one thing: building software that genuinely makes life easier for clients. Fifteen years later, that same mindset continues to drive our growing team of 20.

"We've had some standout moments," Michael reflects. "A startup we built exited for over $60 million, one client grew from $10 million to $25 million in revenue, and a loan management system we delivered from scratch now holds over $300 million in active loans."
